In collaboration with Esp Credit Management, we can deliver a fully integrated reminder service for both SAP Business One, C5, Navision and other ERP-systems.

The system contains:

• An automatic reminder service.
• An accountancy, fully integrated with your ERP-system.
• All sums, rates and fees go directly to your account.
• Debtor login where they can see:
  • Copies of invoices – all invoices can be downloaded.
  • Balance – check the status of open in-voices.
  • Always synchronized with your ERP-system.
  • Correspondence with a caseworker
• Monthly quality report with analysis
• Full control - You can override and opt out reminders on debtors and in-voices at all times.

 To make a long story short:

• You do your invoices as before.
• You keep the books in your ERP-system exactly as before.
• Hokas sends reminders to those customers that do not pay corresponding to the time agreed upon.
• Our goal is to sort out as many cases before debt-collection is required.
