Cargo One

Disposition

With RCS Cargo One you can book cars and trailers, which are automatically reported to SAP Business One. In a screenshot you can get an overview of all bookings.

Regular customers can be created with their own price agreements. The price is calculated automatically.

In the Booking system you can easily see:

• Are the truck full?
• Where are they going?
• When?

The booking system is integrated with SAP Business One, so information only needs to be entered in one place. Because all information is automatically transferred to SAP Business One, all information is ready for accounting, so they can send invoices without looking in the booking system.

Prices

The system can calculate prices itself, both for own hauliers and external hauliers. You just have to enter the km tariff for the individual haulier. If a company uses its own cars, the amount is transferred to the vehicle accounts.

The system can handle price agreements with different customers. The price agreements can be created in a zone table formed based on postcodes or it can be settled at a fixed price, per 100 kg, per CMB, per pallet, benefit calculation, min. Price and Max price.

Warehousing

It is possible to create items with information about the item's owner, item number, supplier, dimensions and dangerous goods information.
