RCS IT has developed an SMS Solution that can be tailored to your needs.
With RCS SMS Solution, you can text work tasks to the employees in a large company or text people in the field. As a company, it can be used in connection with many work tasks, e.g. reminders.
Today, the situation is often that the company has to call the employees every day. If the company has many employees, this is a big workload.
By sending an SMS instead, the workload will be significantly reduced. You will be able to follow the computer screen in handling the text messages. Employees can use SMS services to text worksheets, shift changes, customer service and general customer care.
It is possible to choose whether you want one-way communication - only send information or two-way communication - both send and receive information.
