For ten years, he was one of the CEOs in Athena IT-Group which has grown from a small department in Haderslev to four departments spread out in Denmark and Germany. In May 2008, Robert Z. Schytt bought out the administrative company system, also known as ERP systems, and founded RCS IT. In only a few months, the company increased its number of employees from four to eight.
