With reports and pipeline, the overview is secured. With a few clicks of the mouse, you are given an overview of the company’s pipeline, the pipeline for a given department or simply a pipeline per employee.
The pipeline gives a fast overview of the potential leads and tasks in the future and it makes it easier to plan the resources of the company.
Campaigns and follow-up on leads is also controlled through RCS WBM. From the dynamic report or overview you can link directly to the case where the case data as well as activities can be kept up-to-date.
All reports can be printed out in a print version of the document.
