Customer and campaign management

As a natural part of case and project management we have built in a system to handle the customers of the company, so you can have all relevant data collected in one place.

RCS WBM contains a comprehensive customer, delivery, and subject card index, where you can make an unlimited number of contact persons per business partner and journalize all the important master data.

With a few clicks you can get yourself an overview of which products and services the customer has bought from your company, as well as which competitive products the customer has. It is also possible to see each customer's communication history as well as their campaign and events history, making it easier to effectively follow up.

Sending out online campaign material, such as newsletters, can quickly and easily be sent to a group of customers, and it is easy to merge campaign letters as well. Offers can be made for the individual customer or sent out directly via email, through the system, or be printed out.
